Nextstep
Free face-to-face careers advice for adults
The College is pleased to announce the launch of the nextstep careers and training advice service for adults at its campus in Tonbridge.
Nextstep is a national service providing impartial information and advice to help people improve their job prospects through learning and gaining new skills.
If you're unsure which direction you should take, or you want to update your skills but don't know where to start, then why not take advantage of our new nextstep advice service? Our qualified adviser provides free, impartial, and confidential advice on learning, training, or work.
You don't need to enrol on a course at West Kent College to use the service; you might just want to go back to work after a break, or be thinking about changing direction in your job.
Who can use the nextstep service?
You can use the nextstep service if you are:
• aged 20 or over
• aged 18 or 19, and you've been referred to nextstep by Jobcentre Plus
